Delivery time
Concept-R-Performances GRAND committed to offering its products at the lowest prices possible. As a result, and in order to optimize the better management of deliveries, Concept-R-Performances GRAND provides a period which is usually 15 working days. Exceptions, however, can sometimes happen.
Damage during shipment
Any damaged shipment must be announced immediately to the carrier. It is recommended to inspect the package in the presence of the carrier and keep the packaging for inspection.
Delivery error
If the goods would be delivered by mistake or in excess, Concept-R-Performances GRAND should be notified immediately and goods must be returned within 7 days. (see below the "return" process) The non-returned goods will be charged.
Order error
If one or more items were ordered by mistake or they do not correspond to your vehicle (or application) may be returned against reimbursement provided that they are not damaged, nor open, and in their original packaging. Such a return to Concept-R-Performances GRAND will be charged for 30% of the purchase price for administrative fees and re-storage and shipping costs. Returns
For every return, the carrier will be dictated by Concept-R-Performances GRAND. Under no circumstances Concept-R-Performances GRAND will pay a carrier not chosen by Concept-R-Performances GRAND. |
